Cabinet or Box Depicting Scenes from the Old Testament
A small wooden casket covered in silk embroidery, with a sloped lid and four short bun feet. Its panels show figures in long dresses and hats among trees, buildings, animals and birds, worked in raised silk and metal thread. Stitches and seed pearls give the surface a richly textured finish.

Un pequeño cofre de madera cubierto con bordado de seda, con tapa inclinada y cuatro pies cortos redondeados. Sus paneles muestran figuras con vestidos largos y sombreros entre árboles, edificios, animales y aves, realizados con hilos de seda y metal en relieve.
