Satan Going Forth from the Presence of the Lord

A black-and-white engraved plate framed by twisting serpents and figures shows a bearded God enthroned in radiant clouds, with winged figures around him and a dark, falling form below. Beneath, seated figures sit in a barren landscape while a figure in profile approaches, and the caption reads 'Then went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord.'
