Uma prancha anatômica gravada mostra uma figura masculina em pé, vista de costas, com a pele removida para revelar a musculatura das costas, dos braços, dos glúteos e das pernas. Um braço se estende para a esquerda e o outro cai ao lado do corpo, sobre um fundo claro e liso. Os traços finos e hachurados dão volume à figura.
