A Fisherman's Daughter

A woman in a blue jacket and long skirt sits at a low table lit by a tall candle and set with a teapot and cups. Opposite her, a ruddy, bearded man in a striped hat leans in and raises a small object, while a column of inscription runs down the upper right.

Look closer: Red seals stamped beside the vertical inscription in the upper right corner.
