A Frenchman receiving an enema from a Hungarian apothecary, 1742

An etching of a comic scene in a tiled interior: a man bends over a bench with his trousers lowered while a kneeling figure in a dark coat administers an enema with a syringe. A standing man in a hat gestures beside them, and a woman watches from the background.
