A peddler and a child looking at the moon

A small fan-shaped painting in dark ink and muted color on a golden-olive ground shows a robed figure with a bundle on the back, set right of center. Faint branch-like strokes rise beside the figure, while the cream mount around the fan is plain and unpainted.
