Back of an Army Wagon

A pencil sketch on pale paper shows a figure in a tall hat and dark coat perched at the rear of a wagon, its slatted wooden frame and wheel suggested in lines. Soft graphite shading and light gray wash define the forms, with a faint arc behind and a small round stamp in the lower right corner.
