Bangal ragini from a Ragamala series

A seated ascetic figure with a topknot and a white cloth in one hand sits on a white pedestal before a red-orange doorway-like shape, beneath a large fan-shaped canopy of grey-blue feathers. Stylized trees with red-tipped foliage frame the scene against a dark night sky, with two birds perched in the upper corners. Opaque watercolor on paper, with a yellow and red border.
