Bell (Bo Zhong)
A large bronze bell, its tapering body set with rows of raised knob-shaped bosses and bands of fine relief pattern, topped by an openwork crest of interlocking scrolls and dragon-like forms. Its lower skirt carries a dense band of spiral and hooked motifs, and the surface shows green and brown patina.
Look closer: Small lion-like faces are set into the round bosses across the bell's upper body.
