Box with Equestrian Falconers
A cylindrical ivory box with a domed lid, a rectangular metal lock plate with keyhole, and small metal hinges and clasps. The ivory surface bears incised and stained motifs, including what may be a rider and a bird, plus small flowers and leaves. The record's subject of equestrian falconers cannot be confirmed from the faint carving visible here.
Look closer: Small carved flower motif on the lower left of the box body.
