Bronze statuette of Osiris

A small bronze figure of the god Osiris stands upright on a pale green cylindrical base. He wears the tall atef crown with side plumes and holds his arms close to the body beneath a tightly wrapped mummiform garment. The surface is worn and reflective, with incised detail on the face and collar.

Look closer: Fine incised lines of the collar and wig edges are visible only at close range.
