Brush Rest
A small pale glazed stoneware brush rest shaped as a cluster of rounded, cloud-like or rocky forms, lying on its side. The creamy grey-green glaze shows a fine network of crackle lines and a few brownish spots where the body shows through. Its soft lobes catch highlights against a dark gray studio backdrop.
Look closer: Small brownish spots on the glaze near the center, where the stoneware body shows through the glaze.
