Columbus at Isabella's Court, wood engraving

A wood engraving of a richly furnished interior with dark paneled walls and arched doorways, where a crowd of robed men and women gathers around a draped table. A standing figure in a dark gown gestures at center while others listen, seated and standing, with a woman in a light gown at right.
