Painting of a thatched cottage and a small shed beside dark trees under a cloudy sky, with flat ochre fields in the foreground.

Cottage with Thatched Roof under Cloudy Sky

A thatched cottage with a brick chimney stands at left beside dark trees, and a second low thatched shed sits near the centre under a broad sky of soft grey and white clouds. Loose, visible brushwork in ochre, olive and muted blue gives the flat fields a warm, earthy glow.
