Covered Jar
A cylindrical covered jar in dark blue glaze, its body encircled by closely spaced horizontal ribs. A domed lid with a knob sits on top, and three small feet support the base, with unglazed clay showing at the edges.
Look closer: Small unglazed clay patches at the foot edges reveal the earthenware body beneath the glaze.
