Covered Jar with Carved Lotus Petals
A squat, rounded stoneware jar with a smooth olive-green glaze pooling over its surface. A band of carved lotus petals wraps the shoulder, and four small lugs with pierced holes sit at the mouth's edge. The base is slightly flattened and the body is softly faceted.
Look closer: Small dark speckles and a faint glaze drip run down the lower body.
