Covered Jar with Carved Lotus Petals (lid)
A round greenish-glazed stoneware lid seen from below, its underside carved with a ring of large lotus petals alternating with small pointed sepals around a central raised boss. The pale olive glaze pools softly in the recessed areas, and a small chipped patch remains at the center.
Look closer: A small chipped patch of pale clay is exposed at the center of the knob.
