Dark aquatint print of cypress trees with hanging moss beside a still waterway, with a pale horizon and dusky sky.

Cypress Trees, aquatint by Helen Hyde, 1918

A tonal aquatint of a swampy waterway lined with cypress trees. A gnarled trunk and bare, draped branches dominate the left side, trailing hanging moss, while a pale, low horizon and reflective water recede to the right under a dusky sky.
