Deer Hunting at Night, Mughal-style painting

A painted scene framed by a patterned border shows a mounted rider with attendants on the left, and on the right two figures with torches or lamps on a rocky slope beside a herd of deer. The night sky is dark blue, and the sand and rocks are rendered in warm earth tones with gold accents.
