Dish with Landscape and Inscription
A round blue-and-white porcelain dish shows a river landscape with layered hills, two sailing boats on pale water, and a cluster of pine trees and rocks in the foreground. Vertical Chinese characters in cobalt blue run down the left of the scene, and the glaze is clean and even.
Look closer: A small island with a distant shoreline sits in the mid-distance.
