Emperor Matthias

A bearded man in armor and a broad collar appears as a bust within a garland wreath, set beneath a crowd of winged figures and putti on clouds. Heraldic shields, a rearing horse, and a standing female figure with a sword flank the central oval. Dense cross-hatched burin lines build the tonal range.

Look closer: Small inscription block in the lower center with text and a putto figure above it.
