Eve Disconsolate, plaster bust by Hiram Powers

A plaster bust of a woman with long, wavy hair falling past her shoulders, gazing upward with a melancholy expression. The bust ends abruptly at the chest on a stepped pedestal, and the pale surface shows scattered staining and chipping.
