Falcon-headed coffin and grain mummy with Osiris mask

A dark wooden falcon-headed coffin, shaped like a standing mummy on a rectangular base. The bird head has large round eyes and a smooth headdress that narrows to the shoulders, while the worn surface shows traces of paint and faint marks across the chest. The plain gray backdrop isolates the carved form.

Look closer: Faint incised marks across the upper chest of the coffin.
