A muscular nude man, seen from behind in a loincloth, stands with arms raised and hands clasped overhead on a rocky ledge where water cascades down. Pyramids rise at right beside a fish on the lower left, under swirling clouds and a glowing light; the stipple engraving is in grey tones.
