Footed Platter with Design of Mythical Beasts amid Grapevines
A round silver platter is engraved with dense grapevine scrolls and a central lobed rosette. Gilt mythical beasts and small gilt birds are set among the vines, with bands of scrolling ornament around the wide rim.
Look closer: A small gilt bird perches among the scrolls on the outer rim.
