Fragment of a Funerary Lekythos, Marble Relief, 4th Century BCE
A carved marble relief fragment, its rounded edges showing it once formed the body of a vessel-shaped grave monument. A seated woman in draped robes extends her hand toward a standing bearded man, while a young woman stands at right, her hand raised to her chin. Faint Greek inscription letters survive above the figures.
