Ground plan of the Soup House, Orchard Street, Westminster

An engraved black-and-white ground plan on pale paper shows thick-walled rooms marked with letters A to R and a long central hall lined with round features. Zigzagging rows of benches fill a separate wing at right, and a caption along the bottom reads Ground Plan of the Soup House in Orchard Street, Westminster.
