Ink Cake with Wang Ziqiao
A round molded disc in gold pigment shows a robed figure seated on a crane with spread wings and a long neck. Stylized cloud scrolls fill the field around them, and the raised relief catches light across the uneven surface.
Look closer: A stylized cloud scroll curls at the left edge, partly lost in the dark rim.
