Jar with Lion-Head Handles
A blue-and-white porcelain jar stands on a gray ground, its shoulders and belly covered in underglaze painted lotus scrolls, peonies, and bands of geometric patterns. Two lion-head handles project from the upper body, and the rim is banded with a meander pattern.
Look closer: A Greek-key meander band runs around the rim at the top of the jar.
