Sepia photograph of palm trees among fallen stone blocks and ruins in a dry desert landscape under a pale sky.

Karnak (Thèbes), Avenue de Sphinx - Vue Générale Prise du Point G

A wide view across a dry, sandy expanse strewn with weathered stone blocks and fragments. A cluster of palms rises at center left, with a taller palm at right and a distant ruined wall along the horizon. The pale, empty sky dominates the upper half, and the sepia salted-paper tones give the scene a quiet, ancient feel.

Look closer: A small standing stone fragment or obelisk-like ruin sits at the far left edge near the palms.
