Kneeling Figure of Saint Catherine of Alexandria

A kneeling woman with braided hair gazes upward, holding a long blade-like palm before her. Loose, flowing robes fall around her, and a crown lies on the ground at lower left beside her knees. Pen and dark brown ink on off-white paper, with loose parallel hatching in the sky.

Look closer: A crown lies on the ground at the lower left, partly hidden by the robes.
