Loose dark brown line drawing of a standing nude woman with a veil behind her head, holding small drops at her side, on cream paper.

La Fortune (Fortune), lithograph after Puvis de Chavannes

A standing nude female figure, drawn in loose dark brown strokes, holds a cluster of small droplets or coins near her hip while a flowing veil or wing-like shape rises behind her head. The soft, sketchy lines and cream paper give the image an airy, ethereal quality. A signature and date appear at the lower right.
