Engraved plate XII: microscopic figures of globules and branching vessels

An engraved plate titled Tab. XII with five panels of dense circular globules and branching, tube-like forms set against dark hatched backgrounds. Figs. 1 and 5 are narrow horizontal strips, while Figs. 3 and 4 are tall vertical panels showing networks of branching lines. The black-and-white monochrome linework suggests a scientific illustration from an early nineteenth-century anatomical text.
