Mercury Entrusting Infant Bacchus to Nymphs

A pen and brown ink drawing with gray wash and touches of blue and green pastel on pale green paper shows a nude standing male figure at right, with several women and a kneeling figure bending over a small bundle at lower left. Loose, sketchy hatching surrounds the figures against a faint background.
