Mercy's Dream

An angel in a flowing white robe and outstretched wings descends from the upper right, reaching toward a glowing light above a woman who sleeps with her hand on her chest. She wears a white blouse and a red-and-gold skirt, and the dark wooded setting is lit by a soft, unearthly glow.

Look closer: A faint distant landscape and rocky shore glimpsed through the darkness at the lower right.
