Monster Face: Door Ring Holder (Pushou)
A gilt bronze mask of a fierce horned monster, its brows knotted and its mouth open over a ring-holder, with flame-like crest and clawed hands reaching outward. The surface is worn to bright gold, with green patina in the recesses, and the relief is sharply modeled.
Look closer: A small rivet hole pierces the flame crest at the top center, where the piece was once fixed.
