Mortuary Figure of the Zodiac Sign: Dragon (Leo)
A seated mortuary figure with a human body in a long robe and a dragon's head, mouth open to show teeth and a trace of red pigment. The gray earthenware surface is mottled with rust-brown slip and worn patches, and the arms are folded across the lap.
Look closer: Traces of red pigment remain inside the open mouth and on the lips of the dragon head.
