Peaches and Bats
A pale greenish-white jade carving in the shape of a peach, its surface worked with sprays of leaves and a bat with spread wings in relief. The carved relief is smooth and polished, with the fruit's rounded form filling most of the frame against a dark background.
Look closer: A small carved bud sits near the upper right edge of the peach.
