Perseus Holding the Head of Medusa, with Pegasus
A muscular, bare-chested warrior in a flowing cloak strides over a rearing winged horse, holding a sword in one hand and a severed head with writhing hair in the other. Drawn in blue ink and brush wash with traces of black chalk on blue laid paper, the composition rises diagonally from the horse's hooves to the head at upper right.
