Plate
A clear glass plate with a ribbed rim of white latticinio threads encloses a small painted scene at its center. Several figures in reddish-brown tones rest against a pale ochre ground, with a faint suggestion of musical instruments beside them.
Look closer: The painted scene inside the plate is very small, and its figures are easy to overlook against the glass.
