Plum Blossoms

A tall hanging scroll shows a dark plum branch curving diagonally from the upper right toward the lower left, its trunk built from wet, dark ink and its twigs covered in small pale blossoms. Columns of calligraphic inscription and red seals fill the surrounding paper.

Look closer: Red seals are stamped in the lower corners and beside the inscription columns.
