Pollard birches

A pen-and-ink drawing of a row of pollarded trees with knobbly trunks and bare, spiky regrowth lining a grassy path that recedes into the distance. Two small figures stand at the left and right, and a flock of sheep grazes near the right edge under a pale, hatched sky.
