Proof for Mitelli's Dream Alphabet, Letter E, with Sketched Heads

A standing figure in a green-tinted costume and plumed cap plays a horn, shown in profile at the center of the sheet. Around him are sketched profile heads, a small elephant at the top, and a letter E at the base, drawn in pen, grey-green wash, and red chalk.
