Reflections of the Moon in the Rice Fields of Sarashina in Shinshu

A moonlit night over steep hillsides, where stepped rice terraces catch the full moon in pale patches of light. A red-roofed house clings to the slope beside tall pines, and blue mountains rise in the distance in this woodblock print of ca. 1832.
