Rock in the form of a fantastic mountain

A tall, eroded gray limestone rock rises in twisting, hollowed peaks and overhangs, its surface pitted and folded like weathered stone. It sits on a dark wood stand carved with rocky forms. The plain gray backdrop isolates the sculpture's silhouette and textures.

Look closer: The carved wood stand has small rock and cloud-like forms along its base.
