Small figure of a Roman emperor in gold, enamel and stone armor on a green and red ornamented pedestal.

Roman Emperor

A small standing figure of a Roman-style emperor, carved in pale stone with gilded armor, a red and green cuirass and a plumed helmet. He holds a short sword and stands on a cylindrical pedestal with green panels, gold bands and red moldings. The figure's sculpted face and hands are rendered in pale tones against the rich jeweled colors.

Look closer: A small winged dragon-like creature curls at the base of the figure's legs, half hidden by the cloak.
