Saint Catherine of Alexandria, carved wood statue

A carved wooden statue of a standing female saint with long wavy hair and a golden crown, her face painted pale with rosy cheeks. She wears a green gown under a flowing gilded mantle with deep folds, holding its edge in one hand. Traces of original gilding and green paint survive on the drapery.
