Three Hanging Scrolls with Court Ladies, Day Dream Plays

A Japanese color woodblock triptych in pink and green tones shows three elegant women in kimono. Within the scenes, hanging scrolls on panels display standing figures, and the women sit on pink-edged bedding among low tables and writing boxes. The pale paper frames the composition.
