Fan design with six vignettes on conduct of life, stipple engraving, 1797

A pale, fan-shaped sheet with a printed text panel at the top and a central cherub holding up the fan's form. Six oval vignettes are arranged along curved, ribbon-like lines around the arc, each showing small engraved scenes of figures in different settings. The stippled dotwork gives the prints a soft, grainy tone.
