Six Zodiac Figures, Wei Dynasty Earthenware
Six small earthenware figures stand in a row on dark wooden bases, each with a tall, narrow body and a different animal-like head. Their orange-red clay is patched with pale white slip that has flaked away in places, and the plain grey backdrop keeps the group evenly lit.
